#Kuwait who ensured the final match between Kuwait & Saudi Arabia and UAE vs Qatar took place on Friday the 27th of April after Kuwait was hit with a sandstorm and a massive thunderstorm on the eve of 26th of April. Rain didn’t stop until 3:00am!

Some of the international grounds would have even struggled to get the all the important morning match going that was a 3rd spot decider between Kuwait & Saudi Arabia for the regional finals of #ICC #WCup #Qualifiers.

It’s the hard work of these gentlemen that ensured the game took place otherwise Saudi Arabia would have qualified on points. The rest was obviously taken care by the Kuwait National Team & #Legend #Herschelle #Gibbs defeating Saudi by 5 runs in a nail biting finish that will remain in the memories of all the fans and followers of #Kuwait #Cricket for a long long time to come.

A big shout out to Director Facilities & Logistics Robert D’souza, Venue Managers Tahir Khan & Naveen D Jayan, and the head of curators Mehboob Khan Pathan along with Bilal Lala, Mohan, Fayyaz and the the entire staff of Kuwait Swedish Cleaning Services Company.
