Kuwait Cricket announces selection trials for Under-16 and Under-19 teams

Kuwait Cricket is delighted to announce the selection trials for the upcoming Under-19 and Under-16 International Tournaments organized by the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) in the calendar year of 2017.

The Under-16 Team is scheduled to travel to Qatar in August for a 35 overs a side tournament also comprising Afghanistan-Oman-Qatar- Saudi Arabia-Maldives-Bahrain-Iran & UAE.

The Under 19 Team will then play host to the regional Under-19 qualifiers right here in Kuwait as the same teams visit Kuwait for a chance to qualify for the Asia cup due to be held in November in India.

The trials will take place on the 4th, 5th and 6th of May at Sulaibiya Cricket Ground from 4.30pm onwards. Players interested in the opportunity to represent Kuwait, and those who meet the eligibility criteria, are invited to be present at Sulaibiya Cricket Ground on the 4th of May.

Players should bring their original passports along with copy of birth certificates and 4 photographs.
