Transfer from one sponsor to other not more then two times

KUWAIT CITY, May 23: The Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor intends to implement new regulations for the transfer of expatriate workers from one sponsor to another, reports Al-Seyassah daily quoting sources. Sources revealed the new regulations include a stipulation prohibiting expatriate workers from transferring to another sponsor more than two times.

The period for the processing of transfer will be based on the agreement between the old and new sponsors but the expatriate workers will not be allowed to transfer for the third time.
