Kuwait: Kuwait has failed to make use of more than half a billion dinars collected in the past 12 years from foreigners as health insurance and fees at public medical facilities, a local newspaper reported yesterday quoting sources with knowledge of the subject. As per a law released in 1999, Kuwait started collecting fees from expatriates using public medical services as well as an insurance charge paid every time a residency is renewed.
